Italian Pasta Skillet

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

1 lb. ground beef (We used Ground Italian Sausage from Bobís Produce)
1 jar (26 to 28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
2 cups water
8 oz. spaghetti, uncooked, broken in half
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Great Substitute: Substitute 3 cups rotini for spaghetti.


BROWN meat in 12-inch skillet; drain.

STIR in sauce and water. Bring to boil. Stir in spaghetti. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.

SIMMER 15 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheeses; cover. Cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
